Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze customer and campaign performance data.
- Monitor sign-up trends, engagement metrics, and customer behavior patterns.
- Identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends alongside the Data Manager.
- Maintain accurate dashboards, reports, and data records.
- Present findings and recommendations that support business strategy and decision-making.
- Assist in developing data-driven solutions to improve customer experiences and brand performance.
- Support research initiatives, surveys, and customer feedback analysis.
